NEWS: Complete Thursday-Friday Tee Times at 2025 U.S. Open

The USGA usually shows a dramatic flair with its Thursday-Friday U.S. Open tee times, and this year at Oakmont Country Club is no exception.
Pittsburgh-raised amateur Matt Vogt will be the first man off No. 1 tee early Thursday morning, as he’s set to peg his ball at 6:45 a.m. alongside professionals Kevin Velo and Trent Phillips.
There’s more excitement where that came from in the early wave.
At 7:29, defending U.S. Open champion Bryson DeChambeau goes off the first tee with fellow two-time major winner Xander Schauffele and reigning U.S. Amateur champ José Luis Ballester. The very next group at 7:40 features three Open title-winners: Matt Fitzpatrick (2022), Wyndham Clark (2023) and Gary Woodland (2019).
Over on the 10th tee, two all-star international groupings highlight the first morning. Ludvig Åberg (Sweden), Adam Scott (Australia) and Hideki Matsuyama (Japan) tee off at 7:18, followed shortly by recent career Grand Slam winner Rory McIlroy (Northern Ireland), 2016 Oakmont Open 54-hole leader Shane Lowry (Ireland) and 2013 Open champ Justin Rose (England) at 7:40.
Those interested in seeing 54-year-old Phil Mickelson compete in what could be his final U.S. Open can find the six-time runner-up going off the 10th tee at 8:02 a.m. Thursday, paired with recent British Open winners Cam Smith (2022) and Brian Harman (2023).
In the Thursday afternoon wave, the star power doesn’t diminish, with the Min Woo Lee-Justin Thomas-Brooks Koepka threesome sure to turn heads on the first tee at 1:03 p.m. Pre-tournament favorite and reigning PGA champion Scottie Scheffler takes his first swing at 1:25 on the same tee box, along with fellow twentysomethings Viktor Hovland and Collin Morikawa.
Over on the 10th tee at 1:14, fans can find honorary Oakmont member Dustin Johnson gunning for a second U.S. Open along with previous Open champs Jordan Spieth (2015) and Jon Rahm (2021).
