Video: Gajtka, Weiss on ‘The Bob,’ Fox-USGA Divorce on PGN’s Par 4

On Episode 2 of PGN’s Par 4 video series, Zac Weiss and I got together at a distance this week to take a swing at four topics from the golf world, both local and international.

First up, we tied a bow on the Pittsburgh City Amateur in Schenley Park, complete with photos by Mike Darnay and an appreciation of the Bob O’Connor Golf Course.

Then we gave the post-mortem on Fox’s abbreviated run as broadcaster of the USGA’s biggest events, followed by a discussion of Dustin Johnson’s return to the winner’s podium.

Finally, there were a couple more COVID-19 withdrawals ahead of this week’s PGA Tour stop in Detroit. How many is too many before the Tour has to rethink its schedule and when it can admit fans?
